May 2008 -- Work Hard, Play Harder! On May 23, 2008, Gulfwave Networks celebrated the launch of its Corporate Wellness Program. Gulfwave Networks realizes that one key to maintaining a rewarding work environment is the balance between a person’s happiness and overall health. Technology is an increasingly competitive environment where few people truly thrive. It is an environment that requires intellect, discipline, commitment, long hours, and family support. Gulfwave Networks realizes that to attract, engage, and retain the finest people, we must enhance the work experience with best-of-breed programs and practices. Gulfwave Networks firmly believes the key to health is prevention. The Corporate Wellness Program promotes work-life balance and encourages a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and physical exercise for both our employees and our employees' families. It is our philosophy that our employees work hard, and thus they should play harder.
